Our service schedule runs Monday thru Friday. If medical conditions warrant, additional days and times are added. The trip destinations include: dialysis, treatment facilities, medical, dental and eye doctor appointments; as well as hospital, cancer treatment centers, and same day surgery centers. In addition, we transport elderly and handicapped for shopping and other general errands.

f you are in doubt about your insurance coverage check the back of your insurance card for a transportation number or call our office if you need further assistance.
We use multiple brokers to coordinate or transportation services. Please contact your insurance provider or contact our transportation director with any questions.

Inclement Weather Policy
If Tell City-Troy Township Schools are closed due to inclement winter weather, all activities sponsored by Perry County Council on Aging will be cancelled and our transportation department will operate for dialysis only.
